- •ElevenLabs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation through world-class event planning and execution.
- •This role is critical to marketing, sales, and partnership efforts, ensuring a strong presence at industry events and creating memorable experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute event strategies for major industry conferences, executive gatherings, and local meetups.
- •Maximize event impact and ROI by identifying sponsorship opportunities and tailoring strategies to different audience segments.
- •Oversee the full event lifecycle from planning and promotion to execution and post-event follow-up.
- •Analyze and optimize event performance based on key metrics and insights.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field, preferably in tech or AI.
- •Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- •Proven track record of planning and executing events that drive engagement and generate leads.
- •Experience managing event budgets and negotiating contracts.
- •Willingness to travel as needed.
