- •Key Responsibilities Lead the Privacy and Data Governance program, providing strategic direction and insights.
- •Lead a team of three skilled privacy professionals.
- •Advise senior management on privacy and data protection matters, including risk mitigation and compliance.
- •Foster privacy compliance and awareness across all company departments.
- •Requirements At least 8 years of legal experience specific to privacy, with preference for 3+ years in-house managerial experience.
- •Experience overseeing the operational aspects of a privacy and data governance program.
- •Ability to solve complex legal and business challenges and communicate strategies to senior management.
- •Proactive, able to exercise independent judgment, and work effectively on cross-functional teams.
