Build and lead Chamber's compliance function, ensuring regulatory and operational adherence.
- •Chamber is seeking its first Head of Compliance to build and lead a comprehensive compliance program.
- •This role is crucial for supporting the company's growth, market expansion, and new business lines.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and operationalize a practical compliance program covering regulatory, corporate, clinical, government programs, and IT/security oversight.
- •Develop and manage compliance strategy, risk assessments, and governance cadences.
- •Build out government programs compliance, including Medicare marketing and member communication requirements.
- •Oversee privacy and HIPAA compliance operations, including policy maintenance and incident response.
- •Partner with clinical, product, and operations teams to embed compliance into new workflows and technologies.
- •Requirements 10+ years of healthcare compliance leadership experience, particularly in value-based care or payer-facing models.
- •Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA, CPOM, AKS/FWA, and Medicare/Medicaid.
- •Proven ability to build practical compliance programs from scratch.
- •Strong judgment and cross-functional leadership skills.
