IT & Security Generalist to manage and grow IT and security functions.
- •Farsight AI is seeking an IT & Security Generalist to manage and grow its IT and security functions as the company scales.
- •This role offers direct mentorship from the Head of Information Security.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, device fleet compliance, and inventory.
- •Provide Tier 1 support to users.
- •Grow into ownership of identity, endpoint management, security triage, and vendor management.
- •Ensure security judgment directly affects customer trust.
- •Requirements At least 2 years of professional experience in an IT capacity.
- •Experience with device management (Mac, Windows, mobile provisioning, MDM).
- •Familiarity with SaaS tool administration (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
- •Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall basics).
- •Understanding of security hygiene (access controls, offboarding, MFA, SSO).
- •Experience with user support and onboarding.
- •Basic cloud familiarity (AWS or GCP at a user level).
