- •Aikido Security is seeking a hands-on Senior IT & Security professional to own and scale their global internal IT environment and roadmap.
- •This role involves managing identity, devices, offices, and tooling, while ensuring IT setup meets security and compliance requirements.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and drive the internal IT roadmap, priorities, architecture, and standards.
- •Own identity and access management, including SSO, SAML, onboarding, offboarding, and access governance.
- •Own endpoint management, MDM, device compliance, and the global hardware lifecycle.
- •Define and maintain standards for workplace technology, physical security, and internal tooling.
- •Own IT-related compliance controls, risk management, evidence collection, and audit readiness.
- •Requirements Experience owning and driving IT roadmaps and operations.
- •Proficiency in identity and access management solutions.
- •Experience with endpoint management and MDM.
- •Understanding of IT compliance controls and risk management.
- •Ability to identify gaps and automate IT processes.
