Associate Product Manager for OTR & Core Visibility team.
- •FourKites is seeking a sharp, curious, and execution-oriented Associate Product Manager to join the OTR & Core Visibility team, the flagship product line.
- •This role involves owning meaningful product outcomes from day one, working hands-on with data, engaging with customers, and partnering with engineering and design.
- •Key Responsibilities Track and analyze feature adoption, engagement, and retention KPIs.
- •Identify friction points and adoption gaps through data and customer feedback.
- •Build and prioritize a backlog of product enhancements.
- •Collaborate with Engineering and Design through development and post-launch monitoring.
- •Requirements 3+ years developing deep expertise in a specific supply chain or logistics domain.
- •Practical experience in truckload transportation, freight visibility, or carrier/shipper operations.
- •Comfort working hands-on with data: SQL proficiency, familiarity with analytics tools.
- •Strong customer engagement skills.
- •Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate PM workflows.
