About the role
TL;DR
Physician providing telehealth for Twin Health members, managing chronic metabolic diseases.
- •Twin Health is seeking energetic physicians to provide direct member care for their Twin Members in the United States.
- •This role is full time, Monday through Friday, with specific shift requirements and an on-call rotation.
- •An active CA license is required, with multiple state licenses or an ILMC compact license preferred.
- •Key Responsibilities Perform initial screening consultations for member enrollment utilizing Twin guidelines.
- •Utilize the Twin Platform to make medication management decisions and write prescriptions.
- •Monitor critical symptoms for the Twin member population and consult on follow-up as needed.
- •Provide regular availability for consultation and collaboration with APPs regarding member management.
- •Requirements MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
- •Minimum 2-3 years of clinical practice experience.
- •Active CA state license and multiple state licenses or ILMC Compact preferred.
- •Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
- •Available to be on-call one week out of each quarter.
