- •Key Responsibilities Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor records in NetSuite/Oracle ERP.
- •Source, negotiate, and contract suppliers, and track supplier performance.
- •Collaborate with the Finance team on invoice verification, payment schedules, and reconciliation.
- •Provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement Manager and wider team.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. 1-3 years of procurement experience.
- •Hands-on experience with NetSuite or Oracle ERP.
- •Strong coordination and communication skills.
- •High attention to detail and organizational skills.
