TL;DR
Produce quantity takeoffs for earthworks and site development projects.
- •You will produce the quantity takeoffs that drive TerraFirma’s estimating process for earthworks and site development projects.
- •Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for earthworks and site development scopes Review civil drawings, specifications, and related bid documents Generate cut/fill quantities and material volume calculations Work closely with estimators to structure takeoff outputs Identify scope gaps and plan inconsistencies early in the bid process Requirements 2-5 years of experience performing construction takeoffs Strong experience with takeoff or earthwork software Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
