- •Xona is seeking an experienced Production Leader to manage the satellite manufacturing production team.
- •This role ensures safe, predictable, high-quality, and on-time execution of production activities while continuously improving operational efficiency.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the production team responsible for safe, high quality, on-time, scaled production of the Xona satellite.
- •Oversee production processes, work order planning, shift staffing, KPI tracking, and facility efficiency.
- •Lead, coach, and develop a highly effective production team, maintaining high standards of safety and performance.
- •Drive production ramp-up targets and continuously improve the production system.
- •Requirements 5+ years in a supervisor or manager role in a scaled production facility, preferably with complex, highly engineered products.
- •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
- •Experience in Space industry manufacturing or A&D manufacturing is desirable.
- •Knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM fundamentals, and Six Sigma is highly preferred.
