- •Midi Health is seeking a Senior Counsel to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across clinical, operational, people, product, and commercial functions.
- •This role will help navigate the evolving legal and regulatory landscape of a high-growth digital health company.
- •Key Responsibilities Advise on federal and state healthcare regulatory matters, including telehealth, licensing, scope of practice, and prescribing.
- •Advise on privacy laws (HIPAA, state health privacy, consumer privacy) and data-sharing arrangements.
- •Support employment and workforce matters, including agreements, policies, and multistate workforce requirements.
- •Help build and maintain compliance policies, procedures, training, and risk assessments.
- •Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership. 8+ years of legal experience with substantive healthcare regulatory and privacy expertise.
- •Experience working in-house at a digital health or healthcare company, or at a major law firm.
- •Demonstrated experience supporting multistate or remote clinical/employee workforces.
- •Proficiency using artificial intelligence tools responsibly to enhance efficiency.
