- •Easyship is a shipping technology platform that connects sellers and marketplaces to couriers.
- •We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer who views AI as a force multiplier to deliver high-quality, scalable systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Participate in the entire product life cycle AI-Driven Execution: Write clean, functional code while leveraging AI-assisted development tools Drive the development of a new product internally Provide training and support to internal teams Work closely with engineering leadership and product team to establish priorities and manage our technical road-map Requirements Strong software development experience, including 7+ years of strong experience with Ruby on Rails and SQL databases AI Power user: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to increase coding velocity, improve test coverage, and solve complex refactoring tasks efficiently Strong experience building highly scalable systems Ability to hold the team to high standards for security and data privacy practices Familiar with Git and Git flow; familiar with modern project management tools
