Full Stack Engineer to build data orchestration features for Kestra's platform.
- •Kestra is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop features for their universal orchestration platform, focusing on data-aware orchestration and integrations with modern data stack tools.
- •This role involves working across the entire stack, from backend to frontend, to build and enhance the user experience for data teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Build features end-to-end, from backend to frontend, including tests and documentation.
- •Develop data-aware orchestration capabilities like assets, lineage, and freshness.
- •Build and improve plugins for integrations with tools like dbt, Fivetran, and cloud warehouses.
- •Work on the UI for pipeline building, running, and monitoring.
- •Collaborate with product management and engineers for feature delivery in 8-week cycles.
- •Requirements Hands-on data engineering experience with tools like dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- •Strong experience with Java and a modern backend framework (Micronaut, Spring Boot, or Quarkus).
- •Solid frontend skills with Vue 3 and TypeScript.
- •Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- •Understanding of distributed systems and comfort with Docker and CI/CD.
