- •Key Responsibilities Own design for product areas end-to-end, including discovery, flows, interface, and copy.
- •Collaborate closely with PM and tech lead in scope and sequence decisions.
- •Conduct user interviews and usability tests, utilizing product analytics.
- •Design on top of the existing design system.
- •Ship small UI and copy changes using AI-assisted code.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of product design experience, primarily in B2B SaaS.
- •Experience with at least one complex tool shipped and lived with (editor, builder, admin surface, or dashboard).
- •Demonstrated ability to move a design metric and explain its origin.
- •Ability to write first-draft copy, not just use placeholder text.
- •Hands-on experience with AI tools, including building or prototyping.
