TL;DR
Process purchase orders, procure products, generate quotes, and manage customer requests.
- •Support critical infrastructure and secure communications by serving as the first line of contact for a growing customer base.
- •This role involves processing purchase orders, procuring products, generating quotes, and managing post-sale requests.
- •Key Responsibilities Interact with customers and vendors, processing purchase orders, generating quotes, and managing returns.
- •Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate customer service.
- •Respond to customer requests via email and phone, troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed.
- •Understand vendor product lines to resolve product-related issues and answer questions.
- •Process customer purchase orders in the ERP system, managing revisions and ensuring accuracy.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 1-2 years of experience in procurement or operations with a record of customer conflict resolution.
- •Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for assessing ambiguous situations.
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
