- •Manager, you will support market expansion by securing access to critical infrastructure, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving operational success in a highly regulated environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Secure high-impact locations for bus stops and stations by leveraging government relationships and private-sector negotiation skills Identify, negotiate, and secure bus stop access agreements with private business partners Align commercial objectives with government policies by identifying opportunities and mitigating regulatory risks Serve as the primary contact for station-related and government relations matters Requirements 1+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or real estate development, including work with government entities 1+ years of project management experience with knowledge of transportation regulations and public transit systems Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience presenting to senior officials and business leaders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
