TL;DR
Execute qualification programs for compute and rack hardware.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute qualification programs: test plans run, data collected, and results documented.
- •Own the test benches: builds, cabling, instrumentation, and the discipline that keeps results valid.
- •Log and triage failures: symptoms captured cleanly, reproduced reliably, and escalated with evidence.
- •Maintain the lab: inventory, calibration, and environments ready before the hardware arrives.
- •Requirements Hardware test, validation, or lab engineering hands-on.
- •Follow test plans exactly and flag when the plan is wrong.
- •Failure logs let someone else reproduce the issue.
- •Handle server-class hardware safely and correctly.
- •Keep a lab organized under heavy throughput.
- •Bonus: Linux command-line fluency.
- •Scripting basics.
