- •The Director, Investment Solutions will serve as a high-level subject matter expert within the Investment Strategy team, acting as a crucial resource for Farther Advisors.
- •This role focuses on complex investment analysis, model building, and providing advisor-facing seniority.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as a senior, advisor-facing resource for ad-hoc consultations, providing expert portfolio analysis and actionable insights.
- •Execute complex investment analysis and model building to equip advisors with data-driven narratives.
- •Interface with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to guide the development of internal investment tools.
- •Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the Investment Strategy team.
- •Requirements CFA designation (or equivalent), with an advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- •Extensive experience as a client-facing portfolio manager, investment strategist, or senior analyst.
- •Strong technical proficiency in building strategic asset allocation frameworks and conducting quantitative and risk analysis.
- •An entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing wealthtech firm.
