TL;DR
Lead the establishment and operation of a wargaming and simulation center, managing projects and teams.
- •Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the establishment and operation of a Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (M&SA) center, including wargaming and experimentation for Anduril products.
- •This role is crucial for training customers, supporting product iteration, and understanding customer needs.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as project manager for standing up a tactical wargaming center in the UAE.
- •Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
- •Design, execute, and analyze tactical analysis and wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities.
- •Lead wargamers, system administrators, and operations personnel to ensure center operational readiness.
- •Collaborate with engineering and business development teams to demonstrate Anduril's capabilities.
- •Requirements Currently possess and be able to maintain an active country specific Secret security clearance. 7+ years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), systems engineering, mission engineering, test and evaluation, or a related technical-operational discipline. 4+ years of experience in project management, agile project management, SCRUM, KANBAN, etc.
- •Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, including scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis.
- •Ability to connect system performance, architecture, and design choices to mission outcomes.
