- •Requirements Registered with the GMC, NMC, or equivalent in good standing.
- •Genuinely AI-native, curious about AI in healthcare, with a clear point of view on its value and risks.
- •Ability to translate clinical complexity into plain language for non-clinical audiences.
- •Comfortable with high autonomy and a flat structure, delivery-oriented.
- •Knowledge of the NHS from the inside.
