TL;DR
Lead AI agent product strategy, vision, and delivery for Amplitude.
- •Amplitude is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and vision for its AI agent products.
- •This role will drive innovation and thought leadership in agentic product development.
- •Key Responsibilities Define the direction for Amplitude's agents and MCP surfaces over the next 12 to 24 months.
- •Own the product vision for how AI agents help customers get to insights faster and make better decisions.
- •Advance MCP capabilities for seamless customer interaction across various platforms.
- •Create evaluation metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure customer value and iterate on the agent experience.
- •Engage with customers to understand workflows and identify new opportunities for AI agents.
- •Requirements 7+ years of product management experience, including 0-to-1 product delivery. 3+ years building products on AI/ML technologies, with recent hands-on experience in delivering agentic products.
- •Fluency in the latest LLM trends, models, and tools, with a strong understanding of context management, latency, eval methods, and common failure modes.
- •Experience building systems that measure product improvement over time.
- •Demonstrated record of executing complex initiatives in close partnership with engineering and design.
