- •Meesho is seeking a Senior Product Manager to solve high-impact problems in a fast-paced startup environment with significant autonomy.
- •This cross-functional leadership role involves working closely with engineering, design, category management, marketing, operations, and finance to bring new products to life.
- •Key Responsibilities Understand market and customer needs through landscape analysis, interviews, and user research.
- •Identify and prioritize problems using a structured approach.
- •Facilitate the discovery of technology-led solutions and experiment with them using MVPs.
- •Define product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams for product delivery.
- •Develop go-to-market plans and define/track product metrics for success.
- •Requirements 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in product management in a tech-led company (consumer internet preferred).
- •Exceptional problem-solving skills based on first principles thinking.
- •Good understanding of technology and comfort with product management processes like A/B experimentation, PRDs, backlogs, and roadmaps.
