- •As a Founding Engineer (Tech Lead), you will own the technical outcomes, translating ambiguous business problems into robust, scalable solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver the highest-risk work yourself, engineering complex, business-critical components.
- •Turn business goals into shipped projects by defining requirements, designing solutions, and sequencing work.
- •Design complex, long-lasting systems with a focus on reusability and maintainability.

- •Solve for the customer's actual problem, measuring success by customer outcomes.
- •Requirements 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- •Deep proficiency in Python, REST API design, relational data modeling, and service-oriented architecture.
- •Real experience building LLM/agentic tooling and bounding probabilistic AI output.
- •Proven ability to write requirements, design systems, and drive projects to completion.
- •Natural leader who lifts others through design review, coaching, and clear direction.
