- •Mycroft is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the design bar for their AI-native security and compliance platform.
- •This role involves tackling complex B2B design challenges where information density, state clarity, and trust are paramount.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the hardest design problems in expert-facing workflows for security and compliance.
- •Define and defend the craft bar, including the design system and quality standards.
- •Ensure design-to-build fidelity by working closely with engineers through implementation.
- •Mentor a junior designer and raise the bar for the entire product design team.
- •Requirements 6+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex B2B or expert-tool surfaces.
- •Portfolio showcasing information architecture and state logic, not just polish.
- •Experience building or evolving a design system in production.
- •Proven ability to mentor designers and elevate a team's standards.
- •Strong collaboration skills with engineers, including naming states and negotiating scope.
