- •Mycroft is seeking a Junior Product Designer to join their AI-native security and compliance platform.
- •You will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences that prioritize information density, state clarity, and trust.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute design work in Figma, creating flows and prototypes for engineers.
- •Engage in hands-on customer work and learn the product from a user perspective.
- •Take ownership of features from problem definition to end-to-end design as you grow.
- •Identify and flag user confusion points based on your fresh perspective.
- •Requirements Foundational design craft with a portfolio showcasing clear thinking.
- •Hungry and self-propelled with a demonstrated ability to learn and build independently.
- •Clear communication skills for explaining design decisions and iterating on feedback.
- •Natural use of AI tools for learning and production.
- •Located in the Toronto / GTA area, legally able to work in Canada, with professional English fluency.
