- •SpaceXAI is seeking an experienced GRC Engineer to scale compliance for its fintech and financial services operations.
- •This role is critical for maintaining a robust, transparent, and technically sound GRC program in regulated financial environments.
- •Key Responsibilities Evolve financial services and payments compliance posture (PCI DSS, NYDFS, FFIEC).
- •Build and maintain Compliance-as-Code capabilities for automated control validation and continuous evidence collection.
- •Operate and extend GRC platforms (e.g., Vanta) for control mapping and continuous compliance.
- •Partner with engineering to integrate compliance and privacy requirements into the platform.
- •Design, implement, and validate technical controls relevant to fintech environments.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or STEM field. 8+ years of experience in GRC, security compliance, or technology audit in regulated financial environments.
- •Hands-on experience with PCI DSS and at least one of NYDFS or FFIEC guidance.
- •Experience with Compliance-as-Code practices and GRC automation tooling.
- •Technical fluency to communicate with engineering and anticipate risk impacts.
