- •Snorkel AI is seeking a hands-on Technical Compliance Analyst to be the operational engine of their Trust & Security program.
- •This role focuses on maintaining SOC 2 Type II posture, driving compliance initiatives, and bridging the gap between compliance requirements and engineering execution, with a focus on preparing for federal contracts.
- •Key Responsibilities Maintain SOC 2 Type II posture and drive audits.
- •Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires, and manage the "Library of Truth" for security evidence.
- •Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate compliance by design.
- •Automate policy enforcement and conduct compliance enablement sessions.
- •Requirements 2-5 years of experience in technical compliance, IT audit, or GRC in a SaaS or startup environment.
- •Proven experience supporting SOC 2 Type I and Type II audits, with expertise in IT General Controls (ITGC).
- •Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), IAM, CI/CD, and security principles.
- •Experience with automated compliance platforms (Vanta, Drata) and Jira.
