Senior Backend Engineer to build Dwelly's internal Data Migration Platform.
- •Dwelly is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to develop an internal Data Migration Platform.
- •This system will connect to legacy CRMs, extract and validate agency data, and safely import it into Dwelly's core platform, aiming to make agency migrations faster and more automated.
- •Key Responsibilities Build an application to connect to external CRM systems, extract data, and prepare it for migration.
- •Design workflows for cleaning, mapping, normalizing, deduplicating, and validating complex CRM data.
- •Develop safe import flows with retries, audit logs, and error handling.
- •Utilize LLM APIs for schema mapping, data classification, and exception triage.
- •Requirements Strong backend engineering experience with Python and practical SQL skills.
- •Experience with data migration, ETL/ELT, or system integrations.
- •Production experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- •Experience integrating with external APIs and third-party systems.
- •Experience with Linux, Docker, and containerized development.
