Lead AI ERP implementations and customer relationships for a fast-growing fintech company.
- •DualEntry is building the OS for finance, an AI-native ERP that automates accounting from data entry to close.
- •This role is for an AI ERP Implementations Lead to own end-to-end ERP implementations and long-term customer relationships.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end ERP implementations and long-term customer relationships Deliver best-in-class onboarding and go-live execution Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to shape the roadmap Establish and evolve implementation methodologies, processes, and operational standards Challenge the status quo of ERP implementations Requirements Hardcore work ethic and high agency 3-6+ years of experience in ERP implementations, ERP functional consulting, or accounting/advisory, having led at least 4-5 end-to-end projects Strong preference for an accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 is a major plus) Deep understanding of ERP systems, finance workflows, and implementation best practices Customer-obsessed and love solving complex problems
