- •This role will focus on scaling HR functions, leveraging AI-forward thinking and modern tools.
- •Key Responsibilities Own HRIS implementation and configuration (Rippling).
- •Manage performance review and merit/promotion cycles.
- •Develop and run onboarding and offboarding processes.
- •Oversee employee recognition programs and support L&D efforts.
- •Assist with benefits administration and immigration support.
- •Requirements 8+ years of HR/HRBP experience.
- •Experience building HR functions from scratch at a growth-stage company.
- •Hands-on HRIS implementation experience (Rippling or comparable).
- •Experience running performance review, merit, or calibration cycles.
- •Experience using AI-powered tools for HR processes.
