TL;DR
Manage and optimize the e-commerce shop experience to drive customer loyalty and growth.
- •As an E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the shopping experience on our web and app platforms, turning visitors into loyal fans.
- •You will ensure our online shop is technically sound, content-rich, and offers an experience our community loves.
- •Key Responsibilities Shape the user experience from landing page to checkout, including the mobile app interface.
- •Drive organic traffic and ensure new content and campaigns are implemented quickly.
- •Utilize data and testing (A/B-Testing, Hotjar, Post-Purchase-Surveys) to identify funnel drop-offs and implement improvements.
- •Oversee the legal and operational setup of the shop, coordinating subscription features and special promotions.
- •Requirements Several years of professional experience in e-commerce, ideally D2C or B2C.
- •Practical experience in conversion optimization, SEO, or analytics, with a drive to learn new areas.
- •Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs.
- •Proficiency with e-commerce and analytics tools (e.g., Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Testing tools).
- •Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently.
- •Excellent German and English communication skills.
