About the role
TL;DR
Own end-to-end delivery of AI implementations for enterprise clients in the UK.
- •Distyl is an applied AI technology company that partners with ambitious institutions to rearchitect critical operations for the frontier of AI.
- •As an AI Operator, Implementation Delivery, you will be the primary accountability owner on our first wave of UK client programs, working shoulder to shoulder with engineers and customer executives to own outcomes end to end.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale AI implementations at enterprise clients.
- •Enforce operational rigor, ensuring clear goals and commitments are met.
- •Build deep client trust and manage expectations with precision.
- •Drive stakeholder alignment across client executives, technical teams, and Distyl leadership.
- •Operate at maximum velocity, adapting quickly in fast-changing environments.
- •Requirements Proven experience delivering large-scale programs for enterprise clients.
- •Ability to bring order to ambiguity and keep programs moving.
- •Strong communication skills across all levels, from technical deep dives to C-suite conversations.
- •Comfortable building from scratch and energized by joining a market before the playbook is fully in place.
- •Actively use frontier AI tools and have a track record of reinventing workflows.
