- •Key Responsibilities Ensure availability and performance across hosting services.
- •Work with senior management on designing and supporting new hosted services.
- •Automate manual work, enforce compliance standards, and evolve configuration management.
- •Diagnose full-stack problems end to end.
- •Own topology documentation and build/test disaster recovery.
- •Requirements Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering, plus 7–10 years relevant experience.
- •Deep Linux, Windows, database, and networking knowledge.
- •Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, or Ansible).
- •Experience with Docker and container infrastructure.
- •Experience with VMware and cloud infrastructure in a managed service environment.
