- •Key Responsibilities Own the operating cadence of the Growth team, including planning cycles and reporting rhythms.
- •Develop playbooks and documentation to scale successful strategies across regions.
- •Manage the data and reporting infrastructure for the Growth team.
- •Lead the AI and tooling stack to maximize team output.
- •Drive strategic projects from problem framing to execution, such as market expansion and GTM playbooks.
- •Requirements 4+ years in a demanding operational environment (biz ops, strategy & ops, consulting, or growth ops).
- •Self-driven, proactive, and able to identify and solve problems independently.
- •Proficient in using AI tools for analysis, automation, and building internal tooling.
- •Strong ability to interpret data and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
- •Generalist mindset with the ability to deep dive into data, process, and strategic challenges.
