- •Key Responsibilities Build and manage the annual budget cycle.
- •Develop forecasting and scenario planning, especially negative scenarios.
- •Create financial models for new products, AI initiatives, and business models.
- •Prepare financial materials for the board, investors, and potential fundraising.
- •Develop a business metrics system, key performance indicators, and investor relations.
- •Partner with the CFO and senior management on strategic planning, resources, and investment.
- •Develop the FP&A function and mentor the FP&A Manager.
- •Validate financial models, analytics, and planning in the global market.
- •Requirements 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, including strategic planning, financial modeling, and budgeting.
- •Experience building or leading a FP&A function from scratch.
- •Experience working in tech companies or high-growth digital businesses.
- •Strong financial modeling skills.
