- •As the Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial aspects of the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s overall objectives and growth targets.
- •Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- •Manage and optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure smooth operations and sustainable growth.
- •Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on financial data to drive business decisions.
- •Lead financial modeling and analysis to identify key business metrics, growth opportunities, and risks.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in the fintech or payments industry).
- •Strong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- •Proven track record in managing and scaling financial operations in a fast-growing startup environment.
- •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
