- •Despegar is seeking a Backend Developer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to join their Identity & Access Management team.
- •This role focuses on designing, building, and scaling robust identity management solutions for Despegar's platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and scale robust identity management solutions for the Despegar platform.
- •Develop and maintain secure integrations with IAM systems, identity providers, and external services via REST APIs.
- •Implement operational automations for identity processes and user onboarding.
- •Participate in the design of technical security solutions from conception to production, including monitoring.
- •Requirements 3+ years of backend development experience.
- •Strong command of Java (exclusive).
- •Experience with REST APIs and scalable architecture design.
- •Knowledge of Docker for containerization.
- •Experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n) and Bash scripting.
