About the role
TL;DR
FP&A Analyst to support global financial planning and analysis processes.
- •Delinea is building an FP&A Center of Excellence in Mexico City to provide standardized, scalable financial support globally.
- •This role will execute and maintain key financial processes, focusing on headcount planning, expense reporting, data integrity, and automation.
- •Key Responsibilities Support headcount planning cycles (annual budget, quarterly re-forecasts, monthly actuals).
- •Consolidate and validate headcount data from Workday and Adaptive.
- •Prepare monthly budget vs. actual (BvA) reports using NetSuite and Adaptive data.
- •Assist in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.
- •Draft variance analysis and root-cause commentary.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, controllership, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
- •Advanced Excel skills.
- •Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, and NetSuite is a plus.
