TL;DR
Lead product strategy and roadmap for Delinea's Secret Server/Vault product line.
- •Delinea is seeking an experienced product leader to drive the product roadmap, delivery, and strategy for the Secret Server / Vault product line.
- •This role will oversee product teams responsible for secrets management, credential rotation, session recording, and privileged account discovery, including their migration to a new cloud-native SaaS platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Strategic planning for product direction and translating customer problems into solutions.
- •Own the vault roadmap for secrets management, credential rotation, session recording, and privileged account discovery.
- •Assess the competitive market to identify key investment areas.
- •Lead and mentor a product management team in agile development.
- •Evangelize the product line to internal teams, analysts, partners, and customers.
- •Requirements 5+ years of Product Management with a successful track record of launching new B2B products.
- •Cybersecurity experience and understanding of attack techniques and the security ecosystem.
- •Strong knowledge of SaaS product delivery and proven ability to develop product strategy.
- •Experience with secrets management, credential vaulting, or related security infrastructure.
- •Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to credential storage (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, HIPAA).
