Senior Product Manager for Identity & Authentication to scale secure customer journeys.
- •Airwallex is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve critical identity and user security journeys.
- •This role focuses on defining and scaling systems that ensure legitimate customers are onboarded securely while preventing bad actors from exploiting the platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve core identity and user security journeys across onboarding, verification, authentication, account recovery, and authorization.
- •Define product strategy and roadmap for user verification, access granting, account protection, and customer communication.
- •Improve customer experience while strengthening trust and risk controls, balancing conversion, security, fraud prevention, and compliance.
- •Design scalable identity, access, and recovery capabilities for diverse customer types, business structures, regions, and regulatory requirements.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience owning complex, scalable platform/B2B products with proven technical fluency.
- •Strong track record in regulated, policy-heavy environments (fintech, banking, security).
- •Expertise in defining product metrics, running self-serve analyses, and communicating complex concepts clearly.
