About the role
TL;DR
Legal intern to support contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advice for commercial activities.
- •Deezer is seeking a motivated intern to join their Legal Team.
- •This role will provide legal support, advice, and risk assessment for various teams, focusing on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and supporting litigation cases.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist in the negotiation and drafting of various contracts (licensing, partnerships, NDA, production, PR, service providers).
- •Provide legal support to operational teams on intellectual property, consumer, business, and privacy law (GDPR).
- •Work with the entire legal team on diverse legal and commercial issues.
- •Requirements Master 2 degree in Intellectual Property and/or I.T. law.
- •Prior experience in a law firm or legal department.
- •Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
- •Comfortable in a challenging and multicultural environment.
- •Proactive and autonomous work behavior.
