- •The VP Finance will be a core part of Fleek's leadership team, responsible for bringing financial discipline into the business to ready it for further rapid scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Building, leading and developing Fleek's finance function globally Owning company-wide financial planning and analysis, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting Instilling rigorous financial controls, hygiene, and compliance in a rapidly scaling organisation Driving strategy alongside the founders by turning financial data into decision-making tools Maintaining a strong bottom-line and financial stability for the business Requirements Experience in scaling the financial function from Series A through to Series C stage (or beyond) Hands on leadership in finance strategy, controls, and operations Ability to hire and retain world-class talent Strong understanding of long cash cycles, forecasting, and working capital Global finance experience
