- •Horizon3 is seeking a strategic, technically strong Director of Accounting to lead the integrity of the company’s financial reporting, accounting conclusions, and control environment.
- •This role provides final accounting leadership over reporting quality, policy interpretation, and enterprise-level accounting risk.
- •Key Responsibilities Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of the company’s monthly financial reporting package.
- •Own significant accounting estimates, judgments, technical accounting issues, and related accounting conclusions.
- •Serve as the primary accounting partner for external auditors.
- •Oversee accounting policy application and reporting structure decisions.
- •Partner with Finance, Legal, and business leaders to evaluate accounting implications of new initiatives.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred. 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership over financial close, financial reporting, technical accounting, and internal control environments.
- •Deep knowledge of U.S.
- •Experience operating in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or similarly complex environment preferred.
- •Strong leadership presence with the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
