About the role
TL;DR
Support the Executive Board in strategy, transformation, and AI initiatives.
- •As a Referent:in to the Executive Board, you will work at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and execution.
- •You will support the board in operational work and the company-wide AI transformation, preparing board and supervisory board decisions, driving key initiatives across departments, and ensuring decisions are consistently implemented.
- •Key Responsibilities Content preparation, support, and follow-up of board, supervisory board, and shareholder meetings.
- •Independent structuring of complex strategic issues from hypothesis to decision recommendation.
- •Accompanying the company-wide transformation to an AI-native bank.
- •Leading and coordinating strategic special projects of the board in close coordination with the Chief of Staff.
- •Requirements Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Law, STEM, or equivalent. 3-6 years of professional experience in top strategy consulting, investment banking, a fast-growing fintech, or a regulated bank's strategy/transformation department.
- •Deep understanding of banking, regulated financial services, or Banking-as-a-Service.
- •Strong interest in and understanding of AI, agent systems, automation, and digital business models.
- •Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
