- •The HR Associate will be responsible for building and scaling the HR team in the U.S., focusing on hiring, onboarding, and supporting employees.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with department heads to open roles, source candidates, and close offers.
- •Design and run a U.S. onboarding program for new hires.
- •Serve as the single point of contact for U.S. employees on HR, travel, and admin questions.
- •Champion Dozee's culture in the U.S. and partner with the India HR team.
- •Requirements Experience in HR, preferably in a tech company.
