Provide telehealth mental health therapy to children and families in Maryland.
- •Backpack Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Therapist in Maryland to provide accessible, high-quality mental health care to children, teens, and young adults entirely online.
- •This role offers a strong referral pipeline, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of 25–36 sessions per week via telehealth.
- •Conduct clinical intakes, assessments, and develop client-centered treatment plans.
- •Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- •Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- •Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
- •Requirements Master’s degree or higher in a related behavioral health discipline.
- •Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C.
- •Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- •Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- •Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
