- •Key Responsibilities Own the automation strategy and frameworks.
- •Design and build scalable, reusable automation in Playwright and Cypress with JavaScript, across web and API surfaces.
- •Integrate automation into CI/CD to gate releases.
- •Set automation standards and best practices, review code, and mentor QA engineers.
- •Lead the use of AI tooling in testing (generation, maintenance, triage, coverage analysis).
- •Requirements Substantial hands-on Playwright and Cypress experience, built in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- •Strong JavaScript engineering skills.
- •Demonstrated framework ownership (structure, reusability, test data strategy, parallelization, reporting, flakiness control).
- •CI/CD integration and Git experience.
- •REST API testing, SQL, and test data management.
- •Practical use of AI tooling in a testing workflow.
- •Lead scope experience (setting standards, code reviews, mentoring).
- •Agile or Scrum delivery experience.
