- •As a Senior Supply Planner at Thrive Market, you own the supply chain integrity for a complex category or vendor portfolio and are accountable for outcomes, not just execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end replenishment strategy and purchase order execution across a high-volume vendor set, including promotions, seasonal builds, and new product launches.
- •Lead and monitor in-stock performance: surface OOS risk early, own escalation decisions, and drive resolution through both internal and external channels before member experience is affected.
- •Own vendor relationships: negotiating corrective action plans, and managing scorecards with a clear point of view on where supplier performance is acceptable versus where it requires structural remediation.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related analytical field. 5-8 years of experience in supply planning, replenishment, inventory management, or a closely related analytically driven role, with demonstrated progression in scope and complexity.
- •Demonstrated ability to own vendor relationships at a senior level.
- •Strong communicator who can translate complex inventory analysis into executive-ready narratives with clear recommendations.
- •Experience mentoring or developing junior team members, formally or informally.
