TL;DR
Builds automations, custom apps, and AI workflows for Talon.One's commercial engine.
- •The GTM Engineer builds automations, custom apps, and AI-native workflows to enhance Talon.One's commercial engine, bridging the gap between GTM team needs and tool capabilities.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and ship custom web apps to improve commercial team efficiency.
- •Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to impact key business metrics.
- •Own and automate GTM tools end-to-end.
- •Monitor and improve data consistency across systems.
- •Resolve complex integration, workflow, and app issues with long-term solutions.
- •Requirements 5+ years in technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, or software engineering with a focus on internal tooling.
- •Proven experience using AI coding assistants to develop web applications.
- •Working knowledge of Python and basic web technologies.
- •Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, LLM APIs, and integration platforms.
- •Familiarity with GTM platforms like Salesforce, Gong, Engage, HubSpot.
