Manage technical integrations and client success for an API-first promotion engine.
- •As a Technical Account Manager at Talon.One, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our API-first promotion engine for enterprise clients.
- •You will own the technical integration process, ensuring seamless platform integration into client ecosystems.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the integration process of our API-driven platform with client ecosystems.
- •Troubleshoot repeat technical issues and drive problem elimination.
- •Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, focusing on API usage to ensure retention, growth, and satisfaction.
- •Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and the Engineering team to provide excellent client service.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Integrations Consultant, or similar role.
- •Experience with handling API integrations.
- •Proven experience with SaaS-based products.
- •Previous experience with problem-solving in a troubleshooting environment.
